As a Support Manager for Power2Motivate, Michael oversees incoming support tickets, helps with the initial investigation, and coordinates resources from both the development and quality assurance teams to ensure any issues are quickly resolved.

Michael prides himself on his dry sense of humour and his ability to analyze situations and come up with a workable solution. By acting as the first line of defense, he ensures that situations don’t escalate but are instead resolved quickly to everyone’s satisfaction.

In his younger years he wanted to be a high school teacher. Not because he was motivated to educate unruly teenagers, but very simply because he thought he could do a better job!
